Inch. Interior Design is a Hong Kong-based firm specializing in luxury and French-style interiors for residential and commercial projects.
Their philosophy centers on “form follows narrative,” allowing each space to tell its unique story through materials, light, and spatial flow.

What does design mean to you?
For me, the core meaning of design is “creating value.” In Hong Kong, a city where space is precious and life moves at a rapid pace, interior design is not just aesthetic expression. Its a pragmatic response to the question of “how to live more efficiently and comfortably.” My design begins with understanding clients real lives, even needs they havent recognized themselves. Through communication, I create designs that elevate their quality of life within the space.
How do you keep your creativity alive?
I have a fixed walking routine after starting work each day. This isnt just to clear work- related clutter from my mind. Its more like a ritual of observation, watching how people navigate and interact in tight spaces. These authentic slices of life often become the source of my understanding of “people-centered” design.

How does your design style reflect your MBTI?
My design style perhaps reflects the strategic planning and conceptual completeness of an INTJ. I enjoy building a strong overall concept and functional logic at the initial stage of a project, with all aesthetic elements rooted in this overarching framework. My work often presents a clear, trained, and futuristic sense of order and beauty.
