The UK has seen one of its longest real estate price slumps in decades.
According to agency Frank Knight, home prices in Central London have dropped by about 12.9 percent since August 2015, making it a buyers’ market right now. Marc von Grundherr, a director at realty firm Benham & Reeves, says that some developers are even turning to incentives such as free furniture and discounts to attract buyers. If you’re property hunting in London, there plenty of excellent quality offerings available that won’t break the bank. Here are three gorgeous new developments to consider.
