This year, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) introduced a new section called "Connected Lighting" showcasing new products from renowned brands, including Leedarson, Midea, Snappy, Quectel and some members of Shanghai Pudong Intelligent Lighting Association, showcasing the latest and interconnected lighting products and solutions. Another must-visit zone is the "Hall of Aurora", which brings high-quality lighting products from top global brands and exhibitors such as Megaman, Prosperity Group and Signify.
Megaman (Booth 1C-B02) will present their Ingenium®Matter smart lighting solution. The system offers a range of energy-saving LED lamps in different shapes, sizes and models. Furthermore, it possesses an intelligent lighting system compatible with various platforms such as smart speakers and hubs, and can be controlled through a single application.

The intelligent driver/LED controller exhibited by AcTEC Electronics Co., Limited (Booth 1C-F07) can be used with various lighting products, making it easy to adjust the brightness, colour temperature and hue. It can also connect with traditional CCT, RGB, RGBCW and other soft light bar products.
The Fila Nest floor lamp by Sim Lighting Design Company Limited (Booth 1E-C10) features an elegant, streamlined design. The distinctive linear light source in its lampshade embodies the modern aesthetics of light.
Johnny To, the founder of Apollo Design HK, said: "When lighting fixtures have curved lines or polygons and complemented by distinctive light sources, such as red, blue or grey, it can significantly enhance the ambiance of the zone."
RiO Lighting (1D-E40 LED) will showcase its railway LED anti-glare track light, which has a 25-watt power and crafted from aluminium. The light comes in either black or white with a tilted angle that can be adjusted up to 90 degrees, making it versatile for different design styles in various locations.
Lawrence, Director of Stay Living, added, "Smart lighting systems are often designed in conjunction with false ceilings through embedded downlights, ceiling lights or track lights. In recent years, magnetic suction lights have been introduced in the market which can be installed using magnets and do not require tracks like traditional lighting systems. Built-in to the ceiling, these light fixtures remain hidden, lending themselves perfectly to the streamlined aesthetics of minimalist designs."
Yoswit (Booth 1D-B40)’s impressive smart switch panel supports 2-wire and 3-wire installations and can be controlled remotely with Yoswit WiFi series products. It also boasts voice-activation capabilities, meaning you can easily use Apple's Siri and Google Assistant to control the smart devices.

Leaves LED Lighting Technology (Booth 1D-D24) will showcase their DIY camping lamp, which won the iF Design Award 2023. It features a portable battery as the main power source and uses flexible tracks to adapt to different lighting arrangements for different environments or activities. The camping lamp is lightweight and easy to install.

Notably, this series boasts a sleek design without visible screws on the surface, and the light source module can be added or removed as per requirements. The street light features an intelligent light sensor control mechanism and a breathing valve function to prevent steam condensation.
