This stunning 2,800 sq. ft. residence is a dream come true for a two-generation family, designed to embody both spaciousness and luxury. The talented design team at Spaces and Design brought their vision to life with this "Rossé Home".

Stepping into the Rossé Home, guests are greeted by a serene ambiance in the foyer. Here, a glass-partitioned puja space is illuminated by sculptural light totems, setting the tone for the modern luxe residence.

At the heart of the home lies the expansive open kitchen, which serves as a central gathering space for the family. By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area, the layout becomes even more inviting, encouraging engagement and interaction. The specially crafted paneling, made from rounded solid wood, Arabiaco marble, and veneer, flows seamlessly throughout the open living area, creating a sense of continuity.

The dramatic yet timeless marble backdrop contrasts beautifully with the warmth and texture of the wood, while brass accents introduce a touch of glamour. Thoughtfully chosen fabrics ensure comfort throughout the spaces. The open layout allows for effortless movement between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it the perfect space for the family to come together.

Radiating from the central hub are the parents', son's and daughter's rooms, each designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of its occupant.

"Integrating the distinct aesthetic desires of multiple generations was a challenge, but we overcame it by using a versatile design approach that respected traditional values while incorporating modern elements," said the principal designer, Pooja Bihani. The den, located in the far-right corner, serves as a cosy TV and family zone, easily convertible into a guest bedroom when necessary.

Balancing natural light with privacy, especially in communal areas, was another hurdle. Strategically placed partitions enhance the sense of openness and light, while still providing private functional areas. Adjustable window treatments and smart glass technologies achieve a balance between natural light and privacy, particularly in shared spaces.
