Located at the seafront The Carmel in a low-density housing environment, this inviting three-story house amassing a sweeping 2,600 square feet lives a couple along with two young children.
The family enjoys hosting friends and loved ones for gatherings and playdates. Which explains the live-ness as well as the functional use of the space. While the garden gives the house a sense of permanence and vitality, the open layout creates a great sense of openness and transparency, to encourage the family to interact and enjoy the greenery with friends and family.
As one enters the house, the blossoming flowers planted in the sunny backyard created a vigorous scenery in the garden; it also allows the household to enjoy the lush greenery from inside. The open layout of the main living area can be segmented into three functional zones: a bar, a dining room and a living room.
To create an interior with understated luxury, the design team at Comodo has opted for curated materials. The wall is paved with a combination of walnut veneer, textured wallpaper, and marble to outline the area and piece together the groove lines and metal frames to present a rich visual highlight. In addition, exquisite curve and paneling are integrated into furniture and ceiling design, further demonstrating the style of quality life.
