The building features a range of studio and one-bedroom apartments, utilising smart architectural designs such as central stairwells and elegant concrete arches to enhance the living experience.

The project incorporates a mix of single-level and duplex units, a commercial space on the ground floor, and a cozy patio, all within a compact 88m2 footprint. By placing the stairwell centrally, the design frees up the façades, allowing for optimal natural light to flood the interiors.
