Tucked away on Victoria Dockside in Tsim Sha Tsui, K11 ARTUS prides itself on being Asia’s first artisanal home concept. The luxury development has 287 residences curated by an all-star cast of designers – including Hong Kong’s Joyce Wang and André Fu – from around the world. So it perhaps comes as no surprise that K11 ARTUS were the winners of Home Journal Award 2022's Best Hotel & Serviced Apartment.
1. How does it feel to be named winner?
We are very honoured to be recognized as “Best Hotel & Serviced Apartment” by Home Journal and to receive this award in person (not virtual…!).
Since opening in the summer of 2019, with support from our owning company New World Development, the ARTUS team has adapted to ever changing circumstances and by end of 2022, we are proud to see many staying longer than expected, and returning to this home for new beginnings. I am very humble to be working with a dedicated team whose daily mission is to curate an inspiring home environment for our residents.
2. What are the plans for the year ahead?
As travel restrictions ease up and with more flights available, we are already seeing a lot more regional and international enquiries. There’s a need to travel for people who relocate for work, visit family, manage personal business …
K11 ARTUS is hoping to inspire more travellers toward an artisanal way of life – that they will find their personal inspiration while staying with us, for their next work of art.
