The varied forms on each facade delicately balance the building's presence with the dramatic mountain vistas, ensuring the natural landscape remains the star. Clever use of "negative boxes" and setbacks maximises natural light throughout.

In a region facing economic and social challenges, the Bonlad offers a template for how thoughtful design can improve quality of life. This is apartment living elevated - a model for urban regeneration that puts people and place at its heart. Mohat Office deserves the highest praise for this sensitive, community-focused project.
