A sanctuary of wellness and sustainability in the heart of the Upper West Side neighbourhood.
Designed by the award-winning BKSK Architects and engineered to meet the standards of the German-based Passive House Institute, Charlotte of the Upper West Side seeks to boost residents’ health and wellbeing.
Located at 470 Columbus and West 83rd Street, it is one of the new residential buildings to be constructed in the Central Park Historic District in the past 30 years, bringing seven striking and sustainably-designed residences to the sought-after neighbourhood.
Each apartment features its own Swiss-engineered ventilation, heating and cooling system that delivers fresh filtered outside air to each room of the home. The entire building is crafted with sustainably sourced materials, including wood flooring, doors, window frames, wood trims, and millwork.
