Interior design and architecture firm Stonehill Taylor is behind the interior design for the project’s model apartments, model private condominiums, two lobbies with double ceiling heights, a 9th floor lounge and library, club room, and a sweeping 21,000 sq. ft. outdoor deck and pool overlooking the city's harbour.
In seeking out the essence of the location as it does with all its projects, Stonehill Taylor has pulled inspiration from the waterfront, revealed by subtle nautical motifs throughout this property. It has crafted a look and feel that references modern boating vessels shown through artful details using natural materials and a neutral colour palette.
The building’s deck and pool provide panoramic views of the inner harbour and lush landscape. Firepits, daybeds with canopies, blue stone-like pavers, sculptural river rock seating, and concrete ping pong tables create a refined, but approachable paradise.
