This connects beautifully with the interiors by March & White, which are inspired by the history of the neighbourhood, complete with warm natural materials, elegant custom finishes, solid core wood doors and integrated appliances – all under striking 10.75-foot-high ceilings.
Outside, residents are able roam around the expansive courtyards planted with maple and magnolia trees that flank a 1,900sqft free-standing glass-walled lobby pavilion. Surrounding the garden are facilities the likes of a library lounge with fireplace, a spectacular rooftop sundeck, a co-working lounge, a 20-guest private dining suite, and a two-storey health club curated by fitness giant Equinox that features a 75-foot long swimming pool, a hot tub, traditional and infrared saunas, a yoga and stretching room, a private training room. It’s all set to satiate the needs of even the most discerning resident.
