The home features a range of modern and vintage furniture pieces sourced from Miami, New York City and France, dominated by shades of green with pops of black and yellow that resonate Lantern House’s brick exterior.
Design elements from the 1940s to 1960s coalesce throughout, including Regency Chairs from Miami (1950s) in the living room and a credenza that evokes the 1950s in the bedroom. The curved sofa in the living room was custom designed to accentuate the oversized bay windows.
Lantern House is consisted of a 22-story west building and a 10-story east building, offering some 181 one- to four-bedroom residences with private setback terraces and an assortment of expansive penthouses. Each unit at Lantern House includes the building's signature three-dimensional bay windows that bring the vibrant New York City vibe into the home. The design for Lantern House responses to the neighbourhood’s maritime warehouses and a nod to Downtown Manhattan’s industrial loft spaces.
