Luxury hotel group Aman has announced its first residence- only development Aman Residences, located at the pinnacle of the Toranomon-Azabudai development in Tokyo, and due for completion in 2023.
The Residences will claim the top 11 floors (54th to 64th floor) of the soaring Main Tower, one of three in the 8.1 hectare Toranomon- Azabudai development. The Residences will offer some 91 exclusive homes, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, with lifestyle services and a residents-only 1,400m2 Aman Spa, offering residents a sanctuary high above the bustling capital city.
Along with the Residences launch is the debut of its sister brand Janu in Japan and the unveiling of Janu Tokyo – a luxury hotel within the same urban redevelopment.
Conceived by Denniston International Architects and Planners, Janu Tokyo will offer 120 guest rooms and suites within the B-2 District Tower. It will be home to a 3,500m2 Janu Spa – featuring extensive wellness facilities and six dining outlets and bars.
Vladislav Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman and Janu, says the project will provide the setting for Janu Tokyo.
“In this hub of culture and art, we want to connect guests to the heart of this vibrant community and offer a chance for creative expression.”
