Zaha Hadid’s highly sculptural, visionary architecture projects have amassed legions of enthusiasts and redefined the skylines of many major cities. And on the waterfront of downtown Miami, her last residential project in the US has just been unveiled, capturing the imagination of admirers and buyers alike.
Scroll through the gallery below to see more of One Thousand Museum Residences:
Towering at 62 stories (it’s the only residential high-rise in the city with a private helipad), the striking exoskeleton structure is imbued with Hadid’s signature ultra-futuristic architectural complexity.
The crystalline glazing of the glass facade and the fluid curves lend visual juxtaposition to the sharp-edged exoskeleton.
There is also a curated collection of turnkey residences by global design houses such as Artefacto, B&B Italia, Roche Bobois, Meridiani and Luxury Living Group.
In addition, five-star luxuries such as an indoor-outdoor wellness spa, a double-height aquatic centre, a multimedia theatre and a triple-height sky lounge offer residences unrivalled luxury living.
