The flats are housed within a convenient and stylish district lined with bespoke restaurants, fashion boutiques and charming retail outlets, hence, the approach is to design a contemporary and warm interior to attract young business executives, says Natasha.

Neither fully open-plan nor completely divided, Natasha begins crafting a series of stylish and compact interiors that allow occupants to combine work, eat, play and rest in this lively urban area. Design details are aptly kept simple and subtle which go perfectly together with sleek, contemporary furniture pieces and decorative accents.

The neutral but intricate living spaces use an architectural screen to delineate space within the apartment without blocking it out, allowing the interior to maintain a flowing and open feel whilst still enjoying separate living areas. Custom-made furniture is complemented by classic BoConcept pieces and Indigo Living accessories, providing a neutral canvas that homeowners are free to personalise.
