60 Curzon, a boutique collection of 32 private residences in Mayfair, has unveiled its first show apartment, designed by the acclaimed interior design studio Elicyon. This marks the start of a series of collaborations with distinguished designers, coinciding with the project's practical completion in June.
The challenge for 60 Curzon was to create a distinctive living space that honors the building’s historical significance while appealing to the modern luxury market. Given its rich past as the site of the renowned Mirabelle restaurant, the design needed to resonate with both the heritage of Mayfair and contemporary residential expectations.
Elicyon responded by integrating Art Deco influences with modern aesthetics, crafting a four-bedroom apartment that embodies elegance and warmth. The design features a thoughtful curation of vintage and contemporary elements, ensuring that the space feels both inviting and sophisticated.
The result is a 4,209 sq. ft. apartment characterized by soft curves and rounded silhouettes. Key design features include textured wallpaper, bespoke cabinetry, and a blend of antique and contemporary furnishings. Unique pieces, such as a 1936 maple wood grand piano and original Art Deco side tables, create a gallery-like atmosphere that pays homage to the building's legacy.
Elicyon’s design also reflects 60 Curzon’s history as a dining destination, with communal areas that foster social engagement while maintaining a sense of privacy. The dining room, equipped with bespoke furniture and a grand piano, is ideal for entertaining, merging culinary heritage with modern living.
In addition to the interiors, residents will benefit from exclusive amenities, including a pool, gym, and club lounge, further enhancing the appeal of this luxurious residence. The expansive 807 sq. ft. terrace adds an outdoor sanctuary, styled with whimsical furniture and greenery.
60 Curzon has successfully blended historical elegance with contemporary luxury, creating an inviting and sophisticated living space that reflects both the storied past of Mayfair and the desires of modern residents. The collaboration with Elicyon showcases the potential of curated design to create a unique narrative within a prestigious address.
The apartment is now on the market for £24,750,000.
