The epitome of luxury living on the lower North Shore of Sydney.
Sydney-based property developer JQZ has unveiled a collection of four two-storey luxury penthouses poised to top the 88 by JQZ residential precinct when completed. Conceived by PTW Architects, 88 by JQZ will comprise two residential towers of 47 and 26 storeys offering 637 apartments in total, and one Grade A commercial tower of 15 storeys.
The penthouses, ranging from 279 square metres to 318 square metres, will be the crown jewels of JQZ’s A$1.6 billion three-tower urban transformation precinct with stunning views over the Sydney CBD, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour, thanks to 88 by JQZ’s geographical advantage perched on a ridge.
The interiors, done by Angus Henderson from Henderson and Co, are governed by natural soft tones with soothing curves to echo the stunning harbour views. Some of the standard features will include double-height ceilings in the living rooms; double-sided fireplaces between the dining and living rooms; home cinema rooms; fully equipped butler’s pantries; large balconies with expansive views; as well as home automation systems integrating all lighting, audio visual, mechanical and security services and window furnishings.
A landmark project for JQZ, the multi-level precinct offers 30,000 square metres of Grade A commercial and retail space, lifestyle and civic amenities, including a public square and library. Residents will be able to enjoy an open air landscaped central plaza, a full-line supermarket and an Eat Street, with access to the rooftop recreation deck sitting atop the second residential building, which will include alfresco dining, a swimming pool and a club house.
