A Romanesque Revival masterpiece loaded with history.

Spanning 6,207 square feet over three storeys, the penthouse A at 67 Vestry features a 36-foot living room that overlooks the Hudson River, along with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half bathrooms and four private terraces that total some 1,875 square feet.

Situated on the historic cobblestone of Vestry Street at the Tribeca waterfront, the Romanesque Revival-styled 67 Vestry was originally built in 1896 as the warehouse for The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. It was later converted into artist lofts in the 1970s for the likes of John Chamberlain, Dan Flavin, and Andy Warhol, who worked and lived in the building.

The historic landmark has now been restored into 13 loft homes under the helm of Gachot, the award-winning design studio known for its work on the Glossier flagship in New York City, and the Shinola Hotel in Detroit.
