Westminster is an area ripe with history and heritage, home to some of the most iconic landmarks in the British capital, including Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. However, luxury property developer Northacre is hoping to inject some contemporary cool into the storied neighbourhood with its new state-of-the-art mixed-use project, The Broadway.
Comprising six towers conceived by Northacre and award-winning architects Squire and Partners, The Broadway will occupy the site of the former New Scotland Yard headquarters. Set for completion in 2021, each of the structures will boast a striking facade that recalls the geometric aesthetic of art deco jewellery but with a modern twist, while the interiors of the 285 apartments have been meticulously designed to take full advantage of the spectacular vistas on offer.

The Broadway will boast uninterrupted views across the London skyline
According to design director at Northacre, Orlando Rodriguez: The interiors have been carefully considered to take advantage of the dramatic quality of light created by the unique exterior and interior architectural design and provide a real sense of space alongside an elegant colour palette and contrasting textual effects. The calming, sensorial interiors, interjected with vibrant hints of colour, complement the iconic views that serve as an unrivalled backdrop to each residence.”
Units in The Broadway, which feature 9-foot-high ceilings as standard, kitchens equipped with appliances from the likes of Gaggenau and Miele, Italian marble in the bathrooms and underfloor heating, are now available for purchase, offering you the chance to own a luxurious slice of central London.
