Hotel and resort brand Aman is making its mark in Bangkok with the first branded residences slated for 2023. The group has inked a deal with Nai Lert Park Development, a subsidiary of Nai Lert Group, to manage the upcoming Aman Nai Lerk Residences Bangkok that will include residential condominiums and a luxury hotel.
Nestled in the eight-acre Nai Lert Park, a century-old tropical gardens at the heart of the capital, the 38-storey tower will house 50 residential units split across 18 floors, ranging from one to three bedrooms units and penthouses with private entrances. Residents will have access to exclusive amenities including a private dining room, a lounge served by dedicated chefs, a garden lounge with a library and a business centre opening directly onto Nai Lert Park, as well as a private infinity swimming pool on the 30th floor.
Other facilities include a fitness centre, yoga studio, the private Aman Kids’ Club, a children’s swimming pool and a private garden within Nai Lert Park. Floor 9 to 19 will house 52 Aman Nai Lert Bangkok hotel suite along with a list of upscale international dining options in addition to the 1,500 square meter Holistic Wellness Centre, which will feature a medical clinic, a wellness lounge and a spa house.
Done by architect Jean-Michel Gathy, founder of Denniston and a long-time collaborator of Aman, the building serves as a tranquil urban sanctuary inspired by the natural beauty of the Nai Lert Park while being in close proximity to shopping malls, cultural centres, hospitals and international schools.
