11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest retail, dining and entertainment hub in SKYCITY that's next to the Hong Kong International Airport, is slated for its Phase I opening this July.
Built by New World Development, the opening will introduce K11 ATELIER 11 SKIES, the latest addition to K11’s premium workplace. The 570,000-sq.ft. office space is the Greater Bay Area’s upcoming dynamic community and the international gateway to the burgeoning megalopolis. A total of nearly 20 leading companies in professional service industries including finance beauty and medical are set to establish their presence there.
K11 ATELIER 11 SKIES is envisioned as a “Vertical Creative City”, with flexible open-plan spaces and built-in social areas. Tenants can enjoy the flexibility of choosing between standard and open office layouts ranging from 1,259 to 28,481 sq.ft. The cosy communal areas, greenspaces, lush gardens and outdoor seating are designed to appeal to the next-generation workforce.
Fully integrated into the SKYCITY development, 11 SKIES is just a footbridge away from Terminal 2 of Hong Kong International Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo and a new hotel nearby. The development will be connected to the Hong Kong Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge by an autonomous transportation system via Airportcity Link, a vehicular and pedestrian bridge.
