Who isn’t enchanted by the Déjà Vu stool? Realised by Houtique and Masquespacio, the colourful piece is a combination of vivid colours, striking tassels, and fringe. The firm base is composed of a circular base, a metallic footrest covered in chrome, and a 24K gold-plated metal centre tube.
Michael and Darroch Putnam's Full Bloom
New York-based floral design duo Michael and Darroch Putnam of Putnam & Putnam recently returned to Hong Kong to launch their volume, Flower Color Guide (Phaidon), an exquisite reference for devising arrangements for various flower types according to colour and season. Available through Ellermann.
Lush offerings at Altfield Interiors
Another long-awaited collaboration between American architect David Rockwell and Jim Thompson, the Dreams collection is a series of 12 patterns adorning drapery and upholstery. Using a variety of weaving techniques and surface treatments, the series takes its cues from dreams and dreamscapes to depict abstract yet recognisable images. Available from Altfield Interiors.
