The fashion powerhouse ushers in the Year of the Tiger with a series of tiger tail installations in its third Chengdu maison.
In celebration of the upcoming Lunar New Year, Louis Vuitton’s recently opened maison in Chengdu is decorated with installations featuring gigantic tiger tails sans a head and a body. Imbuing the modern and fashionable space with an enchanting mystery, the furry, adorable tails garner widespread interest and really takes off on Chinese social media.
As the brand’s third maison in Chengdu, the new store is located at the heart of the downtown commercial development and sits right next to the centuries-old Daci Temple. Comprising two buildings, including the historic Guangdong Hall built in the traditional western Sichuan style a century ago, it marks the first time LV integrates an entire historic building into its design. An open courtyard sprawling over 10,700 square feet is dedicated to retail, cultural and lifestyle experiences.
