Get ready to eat, sleep and breathe Louis Vuitton – the French luxury fashion brand will soon open its first-ever luxury hotel.

The iconic brand has already been dabbling in the hospitality world for some time now with pop-up restaurants in Seoul, South Korea and Saint-Tropez, France. And now, Louis Vuitton wants to take its endeavours to the next level with its first-ever hotel.

In a recent interview with Women’s Wear Daily, the maison’s CEO Michael Burke shared its plan of turning its historic Paris headquarters into a property that people can stay in within the next five years.

The 3,716-square-metre space is located in the 8th arrondissement of the city and boasts stunning views of iconics landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame de Paris. Burke even shared that his office has some of the best views in Paris, but he'll soon be giving it up for the public to enjoy. “My office is not going to be my office within five years, that’s for sure. There’s better uses, more contemporary uses for it than a corporate office,” Burke told WWD.

The attraction will also feature a gift shop, cafe and chocolate shop run by Maxime Frédéric, head pastry chef at Cheval Blanc Paris, a luxury hotel operated by its mother company LVMH.

While we don't have the full renovation plans yet, the brand has worked with high-profile designers and architects for its various projects or runways shows in the past. So we're waiting on our tippy toes to hear which designer and architect the company will work with next. Keep your eyes peeled for more information.

In the meantime, if you're heading to Paris this December, the massive building will be hosting an experiential installation, LV Dream, that will showcase Louis Vuitton's long list of artist collaboration - including Yayoi Kusama, Richard Prince and more.
