Taking its name from one of the most iconic dishes and spirits from Central Europe, Schnitzel & Schnaps sits in a coveted location on Hollywood Road. Inside the two-level restaurant and bar, the earthy brown, dark timber hues, antique white ceiling panels and pendant light fixtures capture the vintage aura of a European town.
There’s a wide range of schnaps, beers and wines to enjoy, either on cosy leather chairs set at polished wooden tabletops or front-and-centre at the striking cocktail bar.
Upstairs, the dining room is decked wall-to-wall in art deco-inspired wallpaper, along with cosy banquette seating basked in golden light from banks of suspended pendant lamps.
