The National Museum of Singapore’s latest exhibition promises to bring personal, memorable experiences to visitors by capturing the imaginative world of one of the most iconic Japanese fictional characters.
Calling all Doraemon fans: The Doraemon Exhibition is visiting Singapore from now until February 5th, 2023 – and this is its first time ever being exhibited outside of Japan. Expect beautiful paintings and photography, impressive sculptures and more that explore the past, present and future of Doraemon.
Offering the public “One Ticket, Two Shows”, visitors can look at reinterpretations of the iconic character by 28 leading contemporary Japanese contemporary artists and art groups with only one ticket purchase.
Dedicated fans won't want to miss the exhibition's first-ever dedicated feature: “MANGA DORAEMON Original Drawings Exhibition”, which consists of Fujiko F Fujio Museum’s collection of original drawings of the famous series.
A unique lineup of Doraemon merchandise will also be presented onsite, including limited goods and exclusive Singapore edition collectables of Doraemon and Fujiko F Fujio Museum.
