Nestled in the serene Pomeranian countryside, this new headquarters for Wutkowski is far from your average office block.

Designed by Paulina Czurak-Czapiewska and her Sopot-based studio, Ideograf, this sleek, glass-clad structure is a bold statement in modern corporate architecture—blurring the lines between functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic impact.

At first glance, the building’s design is striking yet deceptively simple. Three rectangular volumes, rotated slightly against one another, form a dynamic composition that harmonises with the surroundings. It’s not just about looking good—this layout is all about practicality. Each section has a dedicated purpose: workspaces, client-facing areas, and technical facilities, creating a flow that’s efficient and adaptable to Wutkowski’s evolving needs.

Paulina Czurak-Czapiewska, Ideograf’s founder, explains, “The staggered arrangement of the volumes creates a sense of rhythm, making the building feel light and approachable, even with its solid construction. It’s designed to connect with the landscape, not dominate it.”

The showstopper being the glass façade. Not only does it reflect Wutkowski’s expertise in advanced glass technologies, but it also acts as a metaphor for the company’s values: transparency, openness, and modernity.

“The façade isn’t just for show,” says Czurak-Czapiewska. “It floods the interiors with natural light, connects the indoors with the surrounding fields and forests, and makes the space feel calm and inspiring.” Essentially, this isn’t just an office—it’s a place where employees can focus, breathe, and thrive.

Sustainability was a priority from day one. The building boasts photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and a smart building management system (BMS) to make it as eco-friendly as possible. Positioned carefully within the landscape, it respects natural conditions rather than overpowering them—a rare quality in modern commercial builds.

“It’s not just about cutting costs,” Czurak-Czapiewska explains. “It’s about aligning architecture with the principles of sustainability. We wanted this building to feel like it belongs here, integrated into its environment, not imposed upon it.”

With its glassy transparency, seamless connection to nature, and eco-friendly credentials, Wutkowski’s new headquarters proves that commercial buildings don’t have to sacrifice beauty or sustainability for practicality.

“This project reflects what Wutkowski is all about: innovation, clarity, and care,” Czurak-Czapiewska concludes. “It’s architecture that works for the people inside it and the environment around it.”
