Could you describe your design philosophy, and how it came about?
The company name is the origin of our works and services. We believe good design can “melt” people emotionally by mixing the thoughts and needs of the end-user with our designs. This makes our projects beautifully express the aesthetic, and also the functional. As such, the design styles vary client to client, project to project. Every work is unique and self- speaking. Nevertheless, practicality and the needs of the client are professionally incorporated as well.
Which project(s) are you most proud of this year?
House Y would be the highlight of the year. It was mainly done last year. Further details and fitting-out adjustments were fine-tuned this year, and fully completed. The project is the symphony of artistic direction, material textures and characters, as well as the design of the detailing. Every element is unique and special. They harmonise with each other without contradiction.
What's your go-to spot that inspires you the most creatively?
Connection to nature gives me the most energy of creativity. I like to get inspiration under sunlight. Cafés on the beach and those with outdoor seating are where I have a quiet time, with a coffee, then brainstorm with limitless imagination.
What's next for your company?
New business and service coverage will be next. Not only providing a design consultant service, but construction as well as furniture production will also be the core development of the company.
