Could you describe your design philosophy, and how it came about?
Our design philosophy begins with exploring the endless possibilities of a space. We focus on maximising its strengths while cleverly minimising any limitations. I am particularly drawn to the fusion of old and new elements, blending tradition with modern innovation in our designs. This approach creates a rich narrative within each project, giving it a unique character.
Which project(s) are you most proud of this year?
I’m proud of every project we've completed this year. Despite the challenging economic climate, our loyal clients and supporters have trusted us to bring our design philosophy to life. Each project has allowed us to fully showcase our creativity and attention to detail, which is incredibly fulfilling for our team.
What's your go-to spot that inspires you the most creatively?
Central in Hong Kong is a constant source of inspiration for me. It’s a fascinating mix of cutting-edge commercial buildings with reflective glass facades that create optical illusions, juxtaposed with old historic structures. The interplay between the flat streets and steep slopes adds to the dynamic urban landscape, sparking new ideas for my designs.
What's next for your company?
We’re excited to expand into new types of projects while continuing to focus on residential projects, where we have extensive experience. We aim to create designs that inspire happiness and wellbeing in the spaces people inhabit, and we hope to influence more individuals to appreciate the transformative power of thoughtful design.
