Entries for Home Journal Awards 2026 close on 4 September 2026.
With the submission deadline fast approaching, Home Journal Awards 2026 invites the design community to put forward the projects, products and ideas that have defined the past year. Designers, studios and brands from Hong Kong and across the region have until 4 September 2026 to enter.
Now in its final submission period, the awards offer a platform for work that moves beyond appearance alone—projects that rethink the way we live, work, gather and engage with the spaces around us. From considered homes and hospitality settings to forward-looking products and materials, the programme celebrates design with a distinct point of view and lasting relevance.
The Best Designer Awards span a broad selection of categories, including residential interiors, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining venues, workplaces and retail spaces. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Merit Awards will be presented to projects selected by an international panel of industry experts. The entry fee is HK$6,800 per project.

Also open for entries, the Best Brand Awards provide a dedicated platform for brands and product designers. Across 45 categories covering furniture, materials and creative technology, the awards spotlight products and initiatives that bring fresh thinking to the home and design landscape. The entry fee is HK$3,800 per submission.

The Best Designer Awards will be assessed by an international jury comprising Clint Nagata of BLINK Design Group, Peter Tay of Peter Tay Studio, Blaine Robert of Blaine Robert Design, Mathew Lui of HBA Hong Kong, Mai Chongchaiyo of Steve Leung Hospitality, Chang Ching-Ping of TIANFANG Interior Planning, Ko Shiou Hee, Founding Director of K2LD, and Home JournalExecutive Editor Jennifer Chan.
Judging is set to begin in mid-September, with results to be announced in late September, ahead of the awards ceremony in late October. For winners, the recognition extends beyond the evening itself, with opportunities for on-stage acknowledgement, trophy presentation and media visibility.
Whether you are presenting a finely resolved interior, an ambitious commercial destination or a product designed to shape the way we live, this is the final chance to take part in Home Journal Awards 2026.
