Xanadu Interior Design believes interiors as the soul of architecture, connecting people with their environment.
Through listening and observing, the studio creates human-centered designs balancing imagination with practicality. Every detail revolves around how people truly live. Xanadu crafts soulful spaces that do infinite design within finite dimensions, fulfilling clients visions of comfort and dream homes.
What does design mean to you?
Design goes beyond planning spaces. Its a deeper dialogue between people and their environment. Like the soul of architecture, it transforms abstract emotions and memories into something you can touch in everyday life. We believe true design should balance boundless imagination with practical reality, creating what we call a “sanctuary home” for each person, a soulful space that nurtures both body and mind while responding to how life actually unfolds.
What was your proudest project in 2025?
Last year, we completed a duplex unit in So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun. The design centred on modern minimalism, using abundant natural light and warm wood tones to create an open, bright, and textured atmosphere. Through the careful layering of materials, colours, and light, the space embodies an aesthetic where function meets warmth, expressing a lifestyle that balances comfort with quality. It fulfils the owners desire for a quiet refuge amid urban chaos. What made us proudest was when they said, “This home not only looks beautiful but makes us feel connected to each other and our environment every day,” which truly brings our design philosophy to life.
How does your design style reflect your MBTI?
Im probably an INFJ, someone who values deep connections, seeks meaning, and pursues overall harmony. This shows up in our designs. We solve functional problems while focusing on creating emotional atmosphere. Were good at listening for hidden needs and translating abstract visions into tangible designs. The sense of balance and soulful details you often see in our work reflects our commitment to merging ideals with reality. Every design is a trace of our gentle conversation with the world.
