What does design mean to you?
I believe anything done to perfection is art. When you commit your life to something, from learning through practice to mastery, its a long and fulfilling journey. Perhaps it takes a decade to grasp the essence, but precisely because youve invested your youth and passion, the process becomes invaluable. My motto is “burn with youth”, meaning give everything, focus on every detail, and push your work to its limits. Thats my truest interpretation of art.
How do you keep your creativity alive?
Curiosity is my source of creative passion as a designer. This curiosity extends beyond design itself—its an exploratory mindset toward every detail in life. I resist monotony and love thinking. I genuinely enjoy exchanging ideas with friends from different fields, discovering inspiration from their stories and recognizing the worlds diverse facets. I also love trying new things and dont mind the trial-and-error process, because each attempt might bring unexpected rewards. These accumulations are key to maintaining my creative inspiration.
How does your design style reflect your MBTI?
As an ENFP, my design style is full of freedom, imagination, and energy. This drives me to constantly break boundaries, exploring different materials, color schemes, and spatial combinations to inject surprise and possibility into projects. I deeply enjoy exchanging with clients, understanding their stories and lifestyles, then transforming these emotions into design details. These warm moments remind me that design isnt just creating a space, its creating a living space that truly belongs to each person.
