What does design mean to you?
Design is about putting people first. We look at how users live, their family dynamics, how light moves through a space, how they flow from room to room, and then translate those everyday needs into something thats both functional and beautiful. Good design should make people feel comfortable and efficient for years to come, not just initially. Its about elevating the quality of daily life in ways that last.
What was your proudest project in 2025?
A family office renovation stands out for me. The original space had terrible lighting and the layout just didnt make sense. We took down some non-structural walls, brought in glass partitions and mirrors to let light flow through properly. Then we created these multifunctional zones where work, relaxation, and storage all came together seamlessly. We kept the materials understated and warm throughout. What made it special was hearing from the client afterward that their productivity improved and they could finally balance work and family life in one comfortable space. Thats exactly what we mean by “design serving real life.”
How does your design style reflect your MBTI?
Im an INFJ, which means I tend toward introversion and intuitive thinking. I really value harmony and going beneath the surface. You can see that in how I design. Beyond just solving functional problems and planning circulation, Im always thinking about the emotional quality of a space and how people will interact within it. I spend a lot of time on materials, lighting, proportion, trying to create environments that feel calm but also genuinely warm and welcoming.
